Job Placement Project
Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Women empowerment Organization is
implementing a project called 'Job Placement'. The job placement project is based on job seeking programs which involves participants to attend trainings. Supports individual or groups to seek jobs. The program is for six months which funded by USAID.
Generally it consists of two main parts:

Marketing at which the Women Empowerment organization cooperates with more than 100 companies for each training whether they need employees through emails, phone calls, sponsors from previous programs , TV subtitles , Radio stations, and business cards.

Training courses program provides the participants a recap at the sessions are closely monitored for attending and participation. The sessions includes the main aim of the following like witting applications, Letters, Completing application kits, motivating their interview skills, Writing CV according to the international system & directly marketing themselves to the employers.
The job placement program is run off a schedule for free of charge until now 2 training courses has-been done. WEO counties it’s the project activities.
